Origin Story

This is panel 1 of my last contributing page to the Anchorbird.com: A Collaborative Webcomic.
I had decided to construct a coherent mythology of some events that had been hinted at over the past 58 pages by a number of our contributors; just marry it all into a cohesive narrative that could let everyone go, "Ok, I may not know what's going on in certain aspects of the story or mysteries of the past, but it's nice to know some solid facts about how monstrous the villain is and how desperate everyone is to stop it." The art does not depict the origin story, but instead depicts a current storyline. The origin is explained in a voice over between two characters as they're going over why their mission is so important.

NESJ Swan Song

I've been a regular contributor to the Never-Ending StripJam over on the Penciljack.com forums since panel 74. 123 panels later, I wound up drawing the 200th panel.

I'm calling it (temporary) quits for a bit to focus on much more important artistic endeavors. Ones that pay and are professional and take precedence. My top secret stuff.

I figured the 200th post was a bit of a sign for me to take a break.
